This hotel provided an extremely luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities included a sauna, steam bath, and massage services. the room was spacious, elegant and had a beautiful view of the city. the bar/lounge area had a wide variety of delicious drinks and the restaurant buffet was of a high quality. the location was also perfect, close to everything. All of my needs were met by the friendly and attentive service staff.

The private facilities could have been more extensive, but this was a very minor issue. the hotel provided a memorable and indulgent stay.

Very well situated in the center of town, very accesible to restaurants and shops. Quiet rooms. Traditional (old) ambiance. Very good staff attention, excellent breakfast.

The room was comfortable with good quality bedding and a nice view of the park. the breakfast was outstanding with great service and a wonderful atmosphere. the hotel's location next to the stream and park was perfect for a short break.

The room was a little tired with cracks in the paint work and old chairs. There were some minor plumbing issues and wear and tear on interior surfaces.

they lost the keys to my car and we had to wait over 1/2 hour til they found the car........

Lack of air conditioning; somewhat outdated rooms. Some of the rooms need renovation. Rooms facing the park and casino are subject to traffic noise, if windows open. However, since there is no air conditioning, windows need to stay open during the night.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city. It was easy to explore the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome during our stay. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

It's hard to believe that a 5 star hotel cannot provide bed linen or pillow services after 11:00 pm. Staff was not accomodative. Room was worn out. Receptacles did not work. Other than location, this hotel is overrated.

We enjoyed a short break in very comfortable surroundings with a good level of service, excellent breakfasts and a very good location for walking into town.

We did however find that the noise from the entrance area below our room was on occasions intrusive.

The hotel lacks intimacy and may not suit those seeking a more cozy and personal experience.

It was a old style nice hotel. The breakfest was wonderfull!

The rooms which we stay (Dereli and Meserretcioglu familys) was very ver bed! Looking to a wall.... The SPA was very poor! any massage any hot water swiming pool and any help!

Excellent location - service oriented car park attendant - nice breakfast choice and fine food - mostly attentive staff - pleasant and spacious room. A very nice address to recommend but in view of the category expectations are high..and see below the negatives.

staff at reception at times stressed and on the arrogant style. Room smelt of antiseptic/cleaning products, and leaving the window open at night was on the noisy side because of the traffic.

The rooms have not airconditioners and the ventilators in the rooms are not effective. The hotels spa is very small.
